Job summary

BH Management, LLC in Cary, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, show apartments, process applications, and support leasing goals. You’ll help prospective renters through the leasing process with professionalism and courtesy.

You’ll stay informed on floor plans, market specials, and local competition while using our property management software to log leads, schedule tours, and document communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and excellent communication skills.
• Proven sales and closing abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Must have or be able to obtain a state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts for approval.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common areas.
• Log prospect information and communications in property management software.
• Coordinate notices and daily property inspections as needed.
