Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Prepare lease contracts and documentation for approval.
• Tour prospects and present model units and amenities.
• Maintain accurate logs of prospect information and communications.
