Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and provide outstanding customer service. You will manage applications, tours, and move-ins while maintaining accuracy in our property management system.

The role requires strong sales, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in Yardi or similar software preferred. Regular Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend rotation may apply at properties across the market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Experience in Yardi or similar property management software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters and market apartment leases.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects and inspect units to ensure readiness for showing and move-in.
• Log prospect information and communications accurately in the property management system.
