Qualifications

• Tour and lease apartment homes through application, tax credit, and move‑in.
• Explain leasing docs, rules, and policies to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with renewals, screenings, and compliance during leasing.
• Maintain accurate data in resident management software daily.
