Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our team. The role focuses on executing leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, combining sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes and build strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, email and phone calls, appointments, and follow-up.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding new residents through the application, tax credit, and move-in process.
• Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation, community rules and policies, apartment functions, and emergency procedures to ensure resident satisfaction at move-in.
• Assist with administering lease agreements and addendums, renewals, and prospect screening processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Inspect apartment homes before residents move in, ensuring apartments are ready.
