Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a daily motivation to learn and contribute.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and open target viewing apartments.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly.
• Guide applicants through the rental process and process applications promptly.
• Maintain and follow up on traffic in queue and ensure market-ready apartments.
• Collaborate with team to maintain community appearance per Weidner standards.
