Weidner Apartment Homes in Edmond, OK is seeking a Leasing Consultant who connects with prospective and current residents, maintains a warm, energetic demeanor, and drives occupancy and revenue retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

You will tour communities, respond to inquiries, schedule viewings, process applications promptly, and communicate clearly with applicants and team members while upholding Weidner's service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication via phone, email and text.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, ensure rent-ready units.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly in the morning.
• Answer incoming calls, convert phone calls into walk-in traffic, set viewing appointments.
• Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm the Weidner way.
• Facilitate the application process at the end of the tour.
• Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt.
• Timely and respectful communication with applicants upon receiving results.
