Dream Live Prosper Communities in Houston is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lead apartment tours, actively market our rental homes, follow up on leads, and assist in boosting occupancy. This full-time role demands a strong background in multifamily leasing and excellent communication.

You will engage guests and residents, coordinate resident events, and leverage Appfolio, G Suite, and MS Office while building relationships with local employers to drive traffic and referrals.

Qualifications

• Multi-family property management experience is required.
• Proven ability to drive results while upholding core values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong outreach and social media marketing background.
• Experience conducting in-person market surveys.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process.
• Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Network with employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic.
• Conduct leasing tours using standards and close with confidence.
• Assist prospects in applying using online tools and closing techniques.
• Create and lead resident programs to enhance living experience.
• Maintain CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork.
