Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our in-person team in Issaquah, WA. This 100% on-site role focuses on leasing, resident relations, marketing, and administrative tasks across a community property.

You will generate lease paperwork, greet prospects, and maintain a high closing ratio while ensuring site cleanliness. The position requires strong customer service skills and familiarity with property-management software. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork, trains leasing team, greets prospective residents, shows the community, maintains lease closing ratios, ensures tour areas and model units are clean.
• Resident Relations: fosters a sense of community, maintains positive relations, inspects property when on site, addresses service needs with maintenance.
• Marketing: manages content/frequency of ads on listing services, tracks local market conditions, suggests marketing ideas to improve resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: handles calls/emails, updates move-out/ activity reports daily, organizes documents, proofreads lease paperwork and handles move-ins/move-outs, processes security deposits.
• General: performs other duties as assigned by Leasing/Community/Regional Manager.
