Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Sales Coordinator on the Leasing Team to support brokers with operations, marketing, and financial coordination. You will manage CRM data, prepare deal documents, and create marketing materials using AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience supporting multiple executives or team members.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and eagerness to build expertise in the industry.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior professionals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Operations: Synthesize market intelligence into client deliverables using AI-powered research tools; prepare RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters and status reports.
• Maintain and optimize CRM database; analyze data to reveal prospect patterns and pipeline insights.
• Power Marketing & Client Engagement: manage listings across CoStar, LoopNet and other platforms; create marketing materials enhanced with AI tools.
• Coordinate client events and property open houses to strengthen relationships and drive business development.
• Manage Financial Coordination: liaise between brokers and accounting; collect, organize and submit deal paperwork; track invoices and payments.
• Leverage Technology & Innovation: deploy generative AI tools for document creation and data analysis; explore new tech to improve efficiency.
• Provide Strategic Administrative Support: schedule management, client contacts, and technical support for brokers.
