Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook with ability to learn new software and JLL's in-house platforms
• Experienced with Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities

• Gathermarket research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, competitive sets
• Prepare deal documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing status reports & client correspondence
• Update & maintain company CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deal information
• Manage and maintain property listings on platforms like CoStar and LoopNet
• Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, email distributions, and client presentations using InDesign/Canva

• Compile broker expense reports; monitor and submit vendor invoices; schedule meetings; arrange travel
• Assist in planning industry functions, client events, and open houses
