Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience supporting multiple executives or team members
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and eagerness to build expertise in the industry
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Synthesize market intelligence into client deliverables using AI-powered tools
• Prepare deal documents like RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, and leasing status reports
• Maintain and optimize the CRM database and generate insights for the brokerage team
• Manage property listings across CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower
• Create marketing materials with AI-assisted design and content generation tools
• Support planning and execution of client events and property open houses
• Coordinate complex schedules and day-to-day operations
• Serve as first point of contact for clients and provide tech support to brokers
