Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle for the community, including prospect conversion, lease execution, renewal support, and resident retention efforts.

You will conduct tours, demonstrate apartment/community value, coordinate leasing and renewals, maintain records, and support occupancy and revenue goals through proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in line with company standards.
