Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 305-unit community. The role includes weekend shifts and utilizes onsite software to track activity and occupancy.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and align with company policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy. Responsibilities include inspecting units, staying informed about market conditions, and following up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
