Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a 235-unit community in Murrieta, CA. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

Requirements include 2+ years in property management and experience with Yardi/CRM systems. On-site work schedule, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Yardi/CRM experience preferred.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and signing leases.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and manage renewal timing.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
