Job summary

Greystar in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Property Manager to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewals for a 235-unit stabilized community. This role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction with weekend availability (Wed-Sun, 9am-6pm) and occasional travel.

You must have 2+ years in property management; Yardi/CRM experience is preferred. On-site role includes a housing discount and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of property management experience.
• Yardi/CRM experience preferred.
• Housing discount available up to 40% for onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and leasing leads.
• Use on-site management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are visually appealing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes and communicate with renewing residents.
