Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader for a new development in Winston-Salem. You will support the Community Manager with leasing operations, marketing, and resident relations for the temporary leasing office to drive occupancy.

You will lead pre-leasing efforts, coordinate events, and manage social media to build brand awareness while collaborating with local businesses and vendors. This role requires strong customer service and a proactive marketing mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong social media skills and knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
• Understanding of social media marketing strategy.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service mindset, warm and helpful.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present leasing office and visuals, close sales.
• Earn Cardinal Way of Leasing certification and complete requisite shops.
• Train leasing team members in duties and customer interactions.
• Answer calls professionally and manage inquiries from clients/vendors.
• Process lease applications and communicate results to prospects.
• Maintain and improve temporary office and tour route for curb appeal.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing plans and events.
• Create partnerships and lead outreach to boost brand awareness.
• Manage social media accounts and analyze engagement channels.
