Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic leasing and marketing professional to assist with daily property operations and drive high occupancy across our Louisiana portfolio.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong customer service, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook. Knowledge of Entrata is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and professional interactions with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy levels.
• Maintain an accurate availability record compatible with lease renewal reports.
• Approve, enter and present rental applications for execution.
• Manage property licenses and renewal process with legal counsel and city.
• Assist with check-out process and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient.
• Respond to resident concerns/complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in preparing weekly property performance reports.
• Support development and implementation of advertising/marketing programs.
