Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant in Chandler to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents. You will drive occupancy and retention, handle leasing documentation, and ensure tours of model apartments are ready.

Strong customer service, English communication, and basic MS Office skills are required; Yardi Voyager experience is preferred. Competitive benefits accompany this role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare lease docs.
• Complete move-in paperwork and processes; ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Orients residents to the property and processes renewal paperwork monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up via phone, mail or email.
