Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional, friendly leasing office environment.
• Inspects models and market-ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Responds promptly to all communications with applicants and prospects.
• Keeps informed about local market conditions and pricing.
• Completes all lease documents and communications with applicants.
• Performs follow-up activities with prospects.
• Completes required monthly training (e.g., Fair Housing, Leasing classes).
• Participates in outreach marketing as assigned.
• Ensures maintenance of move-in deficiencies and inventory forms.
• Conducts business in accordance with company policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
