Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Sorrento, LA. You will respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and renew leases while delivering thoughtful customer service in line with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

You’ll manage lease applications, prepare contracts, tour properties, stay current on market specials, and log leads in our property management software to support a professional, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Proven sales and closing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases according to Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts for approval.
• Inspect and tour units, coordinate with team on move-ins and showings.
• Log prospect information and notifications in the Property Management software.
