Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Leasing Consultant in Newport Beach to respond to inquiries, conduct guided and self-guided tours, and identify customer needs to lease apartment homes.

You will engage through phone, email, and online chat to drive lease conversions, achieve KPI targets, and maintain a robust prospect pipeline while staying informed about local market trends and pricing. Base pay starts at $23.46/hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using property management systems such as Salesforce and One-Site preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of apartment leasing practices and local market trends is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage prospective residents and provide guided and self-guided tours.
• Engage in high-volume multi-channel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Meet KPI targets and maintain a viable prospect pipeline to optimize leases.
• Input prospect activity and leasing updates in the operating platform.
• Ensure community areas meet company standards and address hazards.
• Participate in sales training and portfolio knowledge development.
• Stay informed about local market trends, pricing and offerings.
