Palms at Magnolia Park Apartments in Riverview, FL is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, tour amenities, and close leases. The role is the property’s sales representative, offering an hourly wage plus bonus, with emphasis on customer service and effective communication.

Core duties include managing leasing process, tours, application handling, maintaining records, answering inquiries, coordinating maintenance with Property Manager, and ensuring occupancy efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Requires strong sales and/or leasing experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform basic math and use standard office software.
• NALP certification desired and Fair Housing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close sales.
• Close sales on units to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current clients.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person communications timely and professionally.
• Assist Property Manager with training on-site staff and coordinating maintenance.
• Ensure community appearance and perform regular tours/inspections.
