Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales representative for new residents—showcase model apartments and community features.
• Convert inquiries into leases by creating urgency and demonstrating value at every touchpoint.
• Guide residents through the leasing journey from first contact to move-in.
• Use RealPage/OneSite to track leads, update availability, and manage pipeline in real time.
• Develop leasing campaigns and local outreach to generate traffic and boost conversions.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floorplans, and amenities.
• Source new sales opportunities and overcome objections to close sales.
