Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to drive leasing velocity and deliver hospitality-forward service throughout the move-in process. You will guide prospective residents with tours, showcase community features, and help them envision life at our community.

The role focuses on sales, customer relationships, and ongoing resident satisfaction, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1-2+ years of high-touch customer service or sales experience; luxury leasing, or new home sales.
• Ability to walk the property, tour homes, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Showcase model apartments and community features through tours (in-person and virtual).
• Convert inquiries into leases by creating urgency and highlighting value.
• Guide residents from first contact through application, approval, and move-in.
