Based at Pine Club (232 units), you’ll collaborate with locator services and local businesses, maintain an inviting office, and ensure compliant leasing processes while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience with tax-credit (affordable housing) properties is required.
• Working knowledge of RealPage/Onesite software is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities: contact prospects, schedule and conduct tours, lease available apartments.
• Collect rent deposits, payments, and fees; ensure accurate booking.
• Ensure model units and available apartments are clean and ready for tours.
• Maintain a clean, organized office and assist with curb appeal.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and qualification criteria to prospects.
• Use sales strategies to convert prospects into residents over the phone and in person.
• Build relationships with locator services and local businesses for marketing outreach.
• Shop competing properties to stay informed of local market conditions.
• Screen applications and follow leasing processes per company policy.
• Participate in outreach marketing to generate leads.
• Engage with current residents and assist in lease renewals.
