Carleton Living in Beaumont, TX is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to connect with people and make strong first impressions. You’ll manage tours, screen applications, and use sales strategies to convert prospects into residents.

Based at Pine Club (232 units), you’ll collaborate with locator services and local businesses, maintain an inviting office, and ensure compliant leasing processes while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience with tax-credit (affordable housing) properties is required.
• Working knowledge of RealPage/Onesite software is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.

Responsabilités
