Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with the ability to greet, tour, qualify, and sign leases for prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, generate new leads, and complete all leasing documentation before move-in, while supporting lease audits and turnover.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lease properties, market units, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular onsite attendance and showings to prospective residents; close leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turn process.
