Expect responsibilities in needs analysis, session logistics, and program evaluation. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in L&D or HR, with strong facilitation and communication skills. Location is a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of learning & development, HR, or business experience.
• Good understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles, practices, and learning sciences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate dynamic learning experiences for assigned business lines and levels in classroom and virtual formats.
• Coordinate session logistics including roster management and technology for learning events.
• Assist with needs analysis, design, and development of learning solutions; support evaluation and measurement of programs.
