Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Six years of banking experience with knowledge of retail products, services, systems, operations, and compliance.
• Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for adult learners.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning programs using adult learning principles and diverse training techniques.
• Develop, maintain, and update curricula, instructor guides, and learning materials.
• Assess learning outcomes, gather feedback, and implement program improvements.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to identify and address development needs.
