Hyundai of Las Vegas is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to handle high-volume inquiries and convert leads into appointments. The role requires responding quickly to calls, chats, and emails, and driving quotes and conversions with a customer-first approach.

The position offers industry-leading commission-based pay, full benefits, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support dealership operations and customer demand.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and chats within 10 seconds.
• Respond to emails with a phone call within 5 minutes, then follow up with price quotes within 10 minutes.
• Convert every sales opportunity to a confirmed appointment or route to a Sales Consultant.
• Speak with at least 75% of all assigned leads.
• Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of the leads contacted.
• Maintain a 60% show rate for appointments.
• Record every customer interaction in LSMS.
• Complete 100% of daily scheduled contact tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
