Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring an Internet Sales Representative in Las Vegas to drive automotive sales through rapid lead response and proactive customer engagement. You will manage calls, chats, and emails, converting inquiries into appointments and ensuring a high show rate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to incoming emails with a phone call within 5 minutes, followed by price quotes within 10 minutes.
• Convert every sales opportunity to an appointment or to a Sales Consultant.
• Speak with at least 75% of all assigned leads.
• Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of leads contacted.
• Maintain a 60% show rate for appointments.
• Record every customer contact in the LSMS system.
• Complete 100% of daily scheduled contact tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
