Job summary

Crain Hyundai of NLR is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to respond to inquiries from our website, third‑party leads, social media, and other digital channels. You will be the first contact for many online shoppers, helping create a positive experience while turning inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities include prompt lead responses, communicating vehicle options, pricing, and financing details, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales, internet sales, BDC, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, text, email, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads and inquiries across digital channels.
• Engage customers to understand vehicle needs and buying preferences.
• Provide accurate vehicle information, pricing, incentives, and financing options.
• Schedule and coordinate dealership appointments from online leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth online-to-in-store transition.
• Follow up after appointments and purchases to drive additional opportunities.
• Meet or exceed lead response, appointment, engagement, and sales goals.
