Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator in San Diego to manage scheduling, coordination, and communication for residential flooring installations through our vendor network. This fast-paced, hands-on role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly when issues arise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate records and attention to detail.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, or project tracking software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines.
• Support the scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to keep projects on track and quickly resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project notes, customer records, and installation details.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and customers to help deliver a seamless installation experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with staging materials for crew loadouts.
• Support the loading and unloading of materials and trucks as needed.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the project.
