Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a hands-on Sales Support Representative in Minneapolis, MN. You will partner with Sales associates to determine the best products, manage builder accounts, and deliver timely quotes and orders.

You will coordinate deliveries, respond to calls, and use the CRM system to keep customers informed. The role requires 0–3 years in sales or customer service, with preference for plumbing, appliances and lighting knowledge.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in plumbing, appliances and lighting is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with upselling ability.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability and follow-through.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
