Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. You will work with Sales teams to determine the best products, provide timely quotes and accurate orders, and coordinate deliveries while using our CRM system.

Candidates with 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience, and knowledge of plumbing or related trades, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing or other trades is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems preferred.
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn product knowledge and processes quickly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 rotating Saturday shift a month.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system .

Qualifications

• 0 -3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing or other trades is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner .
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
