Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives who will help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm, with pay starting at $24 per hour and potential for higher based on experience.

You will support customer needs, deliver quotes and orders on time, and coordinate deliveries while leveraging a CRM system and phone system. Benefits include health and retirement options and more.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Trilogee knowledge highly preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including the ability to upsell.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and address customer questions or concerns.
• Effectively use CRM and phone systems.
