Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in Newport News, VA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help customers, solve problems, and grow with the business from the ground up. Roles can be remote within the U.S.

or hybrid for local associates, with training 8:00am–5:00pm EST and after training 11:00am–8:00pm EST. You will assist Sales by quoting, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries, while building relationships and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in plumbing/HVAC or trades is a plus.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Proficient with CRM and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams to identify best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized service with timely quotations and orders.
• Coordinate deliveries for customers.
