Job summary

Power and Data Management LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and vendor management activities, bridging the gap between PDM and supplier partners. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier quotes, managing purchase orders, and analyzing cost trends.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of procurement experience.
• Experience in industrial power equipment or related industry.
• Experience working with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from partners and suppliers.
• Create, review, and issue purchase orders and supplier contracts.
• Track and analyze cost trends, making recommendations.

Skills

Procurement and supply chain experience

Strong negotiation skills

Understanding of incoterms, freight, and tariffs

MS Dynamics ERP and CRM

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

MBA is a plus
