Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or international equivalent).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bidders' lists and qualifies bidders.
• Prepares bid packages, issues bid requests, coordinates bidders' questions.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations to award.
• Initiates and processes purchase order revisions to reflect scope, cost, and schedule changes.
