Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for hourly positions across sources.
• Ability to screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Experience with pre-employment screening and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with safety programs and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hourly candidates from multiple sources and coordinate the hiring process.
• Screen applications andconduct phone screens and interviews.
• Lead onboarding and E-Verify for new hires.
• Support safety programs and incident reporting.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records and respond to concerns.
• Assist payroll with accurate communications each pay period.
