Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR department and operations teams.

The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, safety administration, and payroll communication to ensure efficient HR operations and compliant processes in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will partner with the HR Manager and operations leadership to implement policies, improve sourcing, and guide employees through changing priorities while maintaining a strong service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding and employee relations preferred.
• Familiarity with safety, EEOC/affirmative action and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hourly candidates through multiple sources and screen applications.
• Coordinate the Hourly Employment Process and conduct interviews.
• Perform pre-employment screenings and write offers for hourly staff.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance within operations.
• Assist with onboarding, E-Verify and new hire processing.
