Job summary

Confidential in Anaheim, CA is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to perform day-to-day HR functions on the production floor, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and benefits administration.

The role works with employees, supervisors and management to address concerns, support workforce needs, promote a positive, compliant work environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ADP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
• Assist in developing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee development, and compliance.
• Support performance review processes and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize ADP for payroll processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
