Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: a valid driver’s license.
• 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and aggressive in solving problems.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a 6–12 staff team with hands-on guidance.
• Maintain exceptional guest services and address guest concerns.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&Ls.
• Drive sales and marketing through local networking and guest initiatives.
• Support housekeeping and laundry duties as needed for operational continuity.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures and security needs.
