StepStone Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to support the TownePlace Suites Hotel in Fort Mill, SC. You will lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver strong financial performance while reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Bring 3+ years of branded-hotel General Manager experience, robust leadership, and a data-driven mindset to manage revenue, costs, and service levels across all hotel departments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years hotel General Manager experience in a branded hotel environment.
• Experience as a General Manager for a 3rd party management company preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions; health, safety and regulatory awareness.
• Exceptional mathematical and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive GSS scores/TripAdvisor ranking.
• Maintain owner/asset relationships and manage accountability.
• Lead revenue management efforts using data and STR reports.
• Achieve revenue and NOI growth; oversee renovations and re-concepting.
• Control costs while balancing topline revenue and service levels.
• Motivate employees and develop talent.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership; analyze BI tools and P&L.
• Communicate clearly and solve problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
