Paragon Hotel Company in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction while preserving brand standards and product quality.

The GM will oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, manage budgets and staffing, mentor leaders, and coordinate with corporate to deliver superior service and sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience supervising (at least six associates) at a branded hotel.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in the hotel industry preferred.
• Knowledge in Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage operations preferred.
• Ability to display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness.

• Oversee all hotel operations to meet revenue, profit, guest satisfaction, and quality targets.
• Manage staff to uphold franchise standards and superior guest service.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, payroll, inventories, and production controls.
