You will serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, Boards, vendors, and community partners, ensuring governance compliance and timely reporting.

This full-time role emphasizes budget management, meeting coordination, and proactive community enhancements in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Community Association Management experience.
• Experience managing HOAs/CICs and governing documents.
• Knowledge of Colorado HOA regulations and CCIOA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned HOAs and CICs.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, Board members, vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead Board meetings and annual community meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, management reports and Board packets.
• Develop and manage association budgets and present financial reports to Boards.
• Oversee enforcement of governing documents, CCRs, bylaws and rules.
