Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Manager in Lakewood, CO to oversee a portfolio of homeowners associations, coordinating daily operations, finances, maintenance, and service quality to deliver exceptional living environments.

You will attend board meetings, prepare reports and agendas, supervise vendors, review financial statements, and act as a liaison between homeowners and the Board to ensure smooth governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Three to five years of community management experience, preferred not required.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Financial and accounting acumen.
• Project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend board meetings and prepare meeting packages.
• Review monthly financial reports and assist with budgets.
• Coordinate property inspections and vendor management.
• Liaise with homeowners, board members, and committees.
• Oversee ARB applications and covenant enforcement.
