Job summary

St. Joseph's Health Foundation is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising events, including the Foundation Gala, Golf Classic, SAX 4 MILER, and Fashion with Compassion.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting fundraising events.
• Proficient in creating event materials and branding assets.
• Strong communication with donors and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create the event ad journal for two major fundraising events annually, coordinating with nearly 100 major donors and sponsors.
• Support event committees by designing engaging slide decks, tracking attendance, and writing meeting minutes.
• Execute on each event’s communication plan through email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
• Create event sponsor signage and materials with brand consistency across venues.
• Assist in entering donor and sponsor data into the Raiser’s Edge database.
• Maintain the event supply closet and ensure materials are stocked and organized for events.
• Communicate with donors and committee members throughout planning, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Assist the Manager, Strategic Events with venue/vendor coordination, volunteer management, and on-site event setup and breakdown.
