Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks a fundraising events coordinator to manage logistics for annual giving events including Mayfaire and the employee giving campaign Impact, in collaboration with the Development Director.

Responsibilities include managing in-kind donations and third-party fundraising events, researching and stewarding community and employee donors, and growing Benefis Foundation's donor database while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in fundraising, event planning, and development preferred.
• Experience working with volunteers and committees preferred.
• Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge donor software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for annual giving events including the signature fundraising event Mayfaire and the employee giving campaign Impact, in collaboration with the Development Director.
• Manage in-kind donations and third-party fundraising events.
• Research, identify and steward community and employee donors while working with the Development Director to cultivate and grow our donor database.
• Enhance community awareness of Benefis Foundation.
• Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines under pressure and handle changing situations.
